Payments, Cancellations, Returns, Repairs, And Exchanges
Payments
We support the following payment options at Joon Blu:
- UPI
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net banking
- Gift Card
- Wallet
- Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes). COD orders will entail a 2% charge on the total amount of the product.
Cancellations
We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. However, you can decide to not accept the order and it shall automatically be returned to us by the delivery service provider.
You can cancel an order if it has not already been shipped by writing to us at info@joonblu.com and/or calling us at +91 9967875381. Once sent, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy below is applicable from that point on. Exceptional cases shall of course be treated with due consideration.
Eligibility for Returns
If you find any problems with your Joon Blu™ product or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
We only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached together with any gifts or free items in unused form received as part of your order in question. Otherwise, we may not accept the returns and send it back to you.
Returns
For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits / coupons or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer. Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment. In case of COD, refunds will be credited to the provided bank account details. COD charges or/and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Applicable only for articles purchased by you and not for any packaging or gift or free items included by us.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the order and place a new order.
Damages
Please inform us by sending a pic on WhatsApp in the event any articles are delivered without tags or in damaged condition. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed, is damaged, or is tampered with.
Repairs
When you purchase a Joon Blu, we make a permanent commitment to you. We respect that you believe in investment pieces, so we make ours to last. Every Joon Blu bag is covered by our lifetime warranty - from rivets to zippers, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. It does not warrant against normal wear, tear and negligence of usage by the consumer.
Joon Blu reserves the right to assess whether a product is eligible for repairs or not, and accept or decline the same.
Kindly note that in case of sending a product for repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us, it will not be picked up by Joon Blu for any repairs whatsoever. The lead time for the same is 30-45 business days.
Need a repair? Please inform us by sending pictures of damaged spots on email with your request to info@joonblu.com. Our Customer Concierge will assist you within 3-5 business days, and we'll take it from there.
