How Can I Avail Warranty on Joon Blu Products?

Your Joon Blu comes with a warranty that can be availed simply by dropping us a mail at info@joonblu.com.

If you haven’t purchased our products from www.joonblu.com , you shall not be able to avail a warranty. Note that the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us, it will not be picked up, for any repairs whatsoever.

What Is The Warranty On Joon Blu Products?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Joon Blu products.

From rivets to zippers, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. It does not warrant against normal wear, tear and negligence of usage by the consumer.

Joon Blu reserves the right to assess whether a product is eligible for repairs or not, and accept or decline the same.

Does Joon Blu Offer A Lifetime Warranty?

Yes! Joon Blu offers a lifetime warranty on all our products. Our warranty covers repair or replacement of defective or damaged material or components, and not regular wear, tear & negligence.

In Case Of Repairs, How Do I Return My Product? Or What If They Are Misplaced”

Kindly note that in case of sending a product for repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us, it will not be picked up by Joon Blu for any repairs whatsoever.

Please consider:

  • For the benefit of our customers, we advise you to strictly use reputable service providers for sending your returns.
  • We advise you to check the status of delivery with your service provider.
  • In case your service provider confirms delivery, kindly ask them to provide a Proof Of Delivery (POD) and WhatsApp it to us on +91.99678.75381 and we shall have it reconciled immediately.
  • In case the product is misplaced and/or lost during transit and/or before being delivered at any given point of time, It is the sole responsibility of the sender / consumer. Joon Blu is not responsible in this case.
Can I Return My Joon Blu?

If you find any problems with your Joon Blu™ product or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

We only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached together with any gifts or free items in unused form received as part of your order in question. Otherwise, we may not accept the returns and send it back to you.

Are There Any Shipping Charges?

No shipping charges for pan-India shipments or returns. Additional shipping charges are applicable on international orders, as per the country. Blue Planet Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update and amend shipping policies as per company’s terms & conditions.

How Do I Make A Return?

Please note that to process your return:

  • You pack the product back in its original packaging.
  • Make sure you are sending back an unused, unwashed, and undamaged product(s) and any gifts or accessories received with all the tags attached as part of your order.
  • Keep the product in the cardboard box as it was shipped.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Refund?

We try to process your refunds on your returns ASAP. For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits / coupons or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.

How Do I Care For My Joon Blu Bag?
  • Cleaning / Washing: Use cold water, mild detergent, and the delicate cycle. No heat, always let your bag air dry. Keep it away from direct heat sources.
  • Ironing: DO NOT IRON.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading and damage to the bag's materials. Store your bags away from direct sunlight.

Joon Blu bag will be your companion through the years unless you want to order a new one with us!

Are Joon Blu Bags Waterproof?

Joon Blu bags are not waterproof. They will not be damaged if they get wet (since they’re washable).

What Is Blue Loop Policy?

The Blue Loop Program is a reuse and repair program developed with an aim to collect bags which are no longer being used by our customers and could find better use. For bags which cannot be reused even after repair, we promote their upcycling and responsible disposal by partnering non-profits and waste management initiatives.

How Do I Participate In The Blue Loop?

For participating in the Blue Loop you have to be a customer of Joon Blu. If you have purchased any of our products, go to the footer on joonblu.com and click on Blue Loop Policy.

You will see the list of products you have purchased from us, and which are eligible for a Blue Loop return. Kindly note that only products bought 90 days or earlier are eligible for return as part of this program and will be visible on this page. You can select the products you want to return and click “Generate Return” to generate a RETURN SLIP which you can attach with the products you are returning.

Print the RETURN SLIP and courier / post it together with the products to our address mentioned on the RETURN SLIP. This will help us identify and link the returns with your account.

When Do I Get My Blue Loop Reward Coupons?

Your Reward Coupons are made available as soon as you click the “Generate Return” tab.

Can I Use My Blue Loop Coupons As Soon As I Generate A Return?

The Blue Loop Coupons are available in your account as soon as a RETURN SLIP is generated, however, they are activated only once the return products are received at our address mentioned in the RETURN SLIP.

Coupons can be used immediately upon activation.

Please note that - Return Shipping Charges will not be refunded

Is There A Minimum Order Value To Apply A Blue Loop Coupon?

No. A Blue Loop Coupon can be used against any Order Value. Kindly note that you can use only ONE Blue Loop Coupon against a single order.

What If You Do Not Receive My Return Products On Time? Or If They Are Misplaced?

For the benefit of our customers, we advise you to strictly use reputable service providers for sending your returns. In case your Coupons are yet to be activated after seven (7) days of sending the products, we advise you to check the status of delivery with your service provider.

In case your service provider confirms delivery, kindly ask them to provide a Proof Of Delivery (POD) and WhatsApp it to us on +91 9967875381 and we shall have it reconciled immediately.

Kindly note we stamp all returns with a Joon Blu - Blue Loop Stamp. In case we have received the package, the POD will carry our stamp.

Is There A Limit On The Number Of Blue Loop Coupons I Can Receive?

Your account can accommodate 20% of your purchase amount worth of Blue Loop Coupons at any given point in time. The coupons can be utilised on your next purchase.

Can I Gift My Blue Loop Coupons To My Friends And Family?

Unfortunately, our website does not allow for gifting of Coupons. However, you could do one of two things to gift your friend a membership to the Blue Loop by

  • Use our “Refer a Friend” coupon to invite your friend and gift an upfront discount; or
  • Purchase a product of their choice from your account and surprise them. Voila!
