How do I pay for my order?
We support the following payment options at joonblu.com:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Netbanking
- UPI Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (CoD)
Our online payments are processed through RazorPay, a leading Payment Gateway provider that provides a secure link for all Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, and NetBanking transactions.
For CoD transactions, customers have to pay a convenience charge to our shipping partners. A flat convenience charge of Rs.200/- is levied on CoD orders. This is in addition to the normal shipping charges that may apply.
For CoD orders, you shall receive an order confirmation call from us within 24 hours. CoD orders are processed only after successful confirmation.
Please note, there is no CoD facility above Rs. 10000/-. Gift vouchers or cheques cannot be used to make payment for Cash on delivery orders. Please pay by cash only.
